Sad to report Martin dies after cancer battle
Very sadly, Martin May, who used to update this site, passed away on 30th March this year. He had been ill for a while but lymphona was ultimately the cause of his death.
Sue Lapwood, Martin’s partner, would like you to know that we raised £1,100 for the Martlets by people sending donations instead of flowers and also by passing buckets round at his wake.
We will continue to have a Martlets fundraising night with live music on/around Martin’s birthday every year (26th April).
